Walnut is a dark brown wood from Europe and North America. Light in weight, Walnut has a fine light grain. This example is slightly under 3 inches in diameter and has a wax finish for a soft shine, It comes with a blue and chrome clock face.
 
Wooden ball clocks are turned as a sphere on the lathe and then finished. Each clock comes with a rubber ring to sit on. The clock face pops out so that the time and battery can be changed when required.
