A medium light brown native hardwood similar to Oak. Elm has a vivid grain and differing shades. This example comes with chrome and black.
 
Wooden ball clocks are turned as a sphere on the lathe and then finished. Each clock comes with a rubber ring to sit on. The clock face pops out so that the time and battery can be changed when required.
