Cherry is native to Europe and North America. It has a light orange/brown colour with a nice strong grain, This example has a darker patch at the back as a result of the cut scross the grain. This clock has a polish and wax finish for a nice shine, and comes with a chrome and black face.
 
Wooden ball clocks are turned as a sphere on the lathe and then finished. Each clock comes with a rubber ring to sit on. The clock face pops out so that the time and battery can be changed when required.
